We pledge to:

  2. Operate the service in a secure and reliable manner as to achieve maximum availability and responsiveness using reliable infrastructure partners.
  3. Respond promptly to your concerns, questions, complaints, or other communication that we receive from you.

  6. Refrain from sending you unsolicited communication (no SPAM from us).
  7. Make your data always available to you. If and when you decide to terminate your subscription, you can request your data to be permanently deleted and we will honor your request.

You agree to:

  1. Use the service at your own risk; we do not provide a warranty of any kind as to its availability or fitness to any purpose.
  2. Not to hold us responsible for any losses, damages, or any other negative events that might happen to you in connection with the service.
  3. Not to attempt to hack or reverse-engineer any part of the service.
  4. Use the service in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
